It is 20 June 09. The Department of Environment and Heritage seasonal fire crew have just finished for the year and it is therefore the end of our fire season. Seems to me to be a perfectly good date to start this website. I intend it to be a fire related portal where fire fighters can post photos, stories, etc and keep in touch with each other.

It will evolve and may not even end up using the current Joomla CMS, but this is an easy way to start
